3.1 Single Account Policy. Each player is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) account with phskyapp. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. phskyapp reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to void any winnings or bonuses associated with them.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information when registering your phskyapp account. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. phskyapp shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
3.3 Account Ownership. Your phskyapp account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person. You may not allow any other person to access or use your account.
3.4 Minors. If phskyapp discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that a registered player is under 21 years of age, phskyapp will immediately suspend the account, investigate the matter, and if confirmed, permanently close the account and return any deposits made (net of any withdrawals already processed), subject to applicable law.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phskyapp login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party.
4.2 You agree to notify phskyapp immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. phskyapp shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account prior to your notification to us.
4.3 phskyapp recommends that you enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account and use a strong, unique password. phskyapp will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
4.4 phskyapp reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account where it suspects unauthorized access, fraudulent activity, or a breach of these Terms, pending investigation.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. phskyapp accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and Philippine bank transfers including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
5.2 Prohibited Payment Methods. phskyapp does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via cryptocurrency of any kind, or via credit cards. Any attempt to fund an account using a prohibited payment method will result in the transaction being declined and may trigger an account review.
5.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. phskyapp reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification. phskyapp aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three (1–3) business days depending on the receiving institution.
5.5 Own Funds. You may only deposit funds that belong to you. phskyapp does not extend credit to players. You must not deposit funds that are borrowed or that you cannot afford to lose.
5.6 Anti-Money Laundering. phskyapp is required to comply with Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended. phskyapp may request documentation to verify the source of funds deposited into your account. Failure to provide such documentation may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.
6.1 phskyapp may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses awarded by phskyapp are subject to a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. phskyapp reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk betting strategies to circumvent wagering requirements, or colluding with other players.
6.4 Expiry. Bonuses that are not used or wagered within the period specified in the applicable promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from your account balance without compensation.
6.5 phskyapp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion will be notified of any material changes where reasonably practicable.
7.1 All games available on the phskyapp Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.
7.2 Random Number Generation. All phskyapp casino games that rely on random outcomes use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The RNG systems used by phskyapp's game providers are independently tested and certified to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes.
7.3 Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game round, phskyapp reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager to the player's account. phskyapp shall not be liable for any loss of winnings resulting from a technical malfunction.
7.4 Disconnection. phskyapp is not responsible for any loss of connection during gameplay. If a disconnection occurs during a live game round, the round will be resolved according to the applicable game rules. Players are advised to maintain a stable internet connection while playing.

8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phskyapp Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

9.1 All content on the phskyapp Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements, is the property of phskyapp or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without phskyapp's prior written consent.
9.3 The phskyapp name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of phskyapp. You may not use any phskyapp trademark without our prior written permission.
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phskyapp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
10.2 phskyapp's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phskyapp account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 phskyapp does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude phskyapp's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
11.1 phskyapp is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. phskyapp provides a range of player protection tools, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality check notifications, and self-exclusion.
11.2 Self-Exclusion. Any player may request self-exclusion from the phskyapp Platform at any time by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within twenty-four (24) hours. During a self-exclusion period, phskyapp will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded player from accessing the Platform.

12.1 phskyapp reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if phskyapp determines in its sole discretion that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by PAGCOR or any other competent authority.
12.2 Upon termination of your account for cause, phskyapp reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and to withhold any winnings derived from prohibited conduct, pending investigation. Real-money balances not subject to forfeiture will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
12.3 You may close your phskyapp account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to applicable withdrawal processing times and KYC requirements.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the phskyapp Platform shall first be submitted to phskyapp's customer support team for informal resolution. phskyapp will endeavour to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.
13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines. Players may also escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels.
14.1 phskyapp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, phskyapp will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via email or in-platform notification.
14.2 Your continued use of the phskyapp Platform following the posting of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.3.
